This innovative machine, free from rocker arms and cams, employs eight servo motors that independently control the slide base, feeding axis, quill rotating axis, wire rotating axis, and spinner axis. This machine integrates a sophisticated crank connecting link system alongside a feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system, and quill system. It's capable of accommodating a hydraulic pressure scissors device, ensuring low noise and zero damage to both the mandrel and machine. Ideal for producing a wide range of springs, including tension, torsion, compression, scroll, tower, and flat wire springs, it offers extensive capability for highly complex spring designs. With its precise, stable, and user-friendly operation, it significantly broadens the scope of spring manufacturing.

The crank connecting link system is comprised of eight independently driven knife rests, each powered by a Yaskawa servo motor through a VRB reducer, ensuring seamless and unimpeded spring formation. The CNC program synchronizes the feeding and wire rotation systems, achieving remarkable feeding accuracy within 0.1mm during wire rotation, thus enhancing the ease of spring formation.

Feeding System
The feeding system is ingeniously integrated within the machine's rotation system, featuring three pairs of feeding rollers-each pair comprising two rollers-catered to different wire sizes.
