This specialized machine eliminates the need for a rocker arm and cam, enhancing efficiency and precision. The slide base is meticulously controlled by eight individual servo motors, governing the feeding axis, quill rotating axis, wire rotating axis, and spinner axis with unparalleled precision.

2. This innovative machine is constructed with a crank connecting link system, a feeding and rotating system, a coiling straightening system, and a quill system. It can be equipped with a hydraulic pressure scissors device, ensuring low noise levels and zero damage to the mandrel and machine.
